What's your shipping policy?

We can flat-rate ship anything to the lower 48! We use recycled packaging whenever we can and always keep our carbon footprint in mind. Furniture and other large and/or interestingly shaped items may require a little extra planning if they're cumbersome or made-to-order. Luckily we like to plan!

As of now, our site isn't able to generate flat rate shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, but we are always happy to figure out shipping for you/get a quote for those—or any other farther-flung—destinations. Have questions? Just ask!

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO LIMITED STAFFING WARMFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO COORDINATE ANY CUSTOM OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUESTS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS PERIOD.

Also: please note that P.O. boxes may have some delivery restrictions. Small things are A-OK but large boxes may require an additional surcharge. Unfortunately, this isn't up to us, so until Ruby becomes Postmistress General, you'll have to take it up with your local USPS. For questions and/or additional specifics about P.O. boxes or shipping to Military APO/FPO addresses, get in touch with our support team at support@warmful.com


What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% percent thrilled with your Warmful purchase. If you don't love your goods, we will gladly exchange or refund any items (in their original condition) within two weeks of purchase. If you are shipping a return, you are responsible for safely packing and shipping the items back. Warmful cannot replace items damaged or lost during the return shipping process.

Please include a printed copy of your order with your return shipment.

Please note: we are a small team of real humans and returns may take 1-3 days for processing. Once your refund has been processed you will receive notification via email!

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on personal items (like soap, brushes, and towels) once they've been opened or used. Items intended for photo shoots and staging should be rented and are not accepted as returns.

 

Why do you charge for shipping?

Due to the staff time spent preparing orders and the cost of postage which can both be quite high when large or fragile items are shipped, we are not currently able to offer free shipping across the board. At this time we offer flat rate shipping* throughout the contiguous United States (sorry Hawaii and Alaska - we're working on it!). We are deeply appreciative when you choose to purchase from small businesses like ours and are proud to pay our staff for their time and talents during the shipping process. *Please note that large furniture and orders requiring freight shipments are not eligible for flat rate shipping.

We've been there!  If you made a mistake on your shipping address please email support@warmful.com immediately so we can correct it before your package ships!
